TeamWorks brings all of the equipment and supplies needed to professionally clean your home.  
IN ALL ROOMS:
  • Dust all reachable surfaces including furniture, window sills, baseboards, doors, and door frames. 
  • Dusting higher surfaces within step stool reach on first visit and as needed to maintain.
  • Dry dust window blinds.
  • Remove cobwebs (ceilings up to 12 feet).
  • Spot cleaning inside of glass doors & window above kitchen sink.
  • Vacuum carpeted areas; vacuum & mop hard floors.
  • Make beds.
  • Empty wastebaskets and recycling.
ADDITIONAL IN KITCHEN:
  • Clean outside of range, counters, tables, back splashes, and sinks.
  • Clean inside of microwave & toaster oven.
​​ADDITIONAL IN BATHROOMS:
  • Clean showers, bathtubs, toilets, mirrors, vanities, sinks, and back splashes. ​
​
EXTRAS:​
  • Clean inside of fridge.
  • Clean inside of oven.
  • Change bed sheets.
  • Do loads of laundry.
  • Patios and garages.​

  • TeamWorks is fully insured.
  • Many clients provide us with a key to their home. Keys are labeled with a numbered code and are kept separate from customer information; if lost or stolen it would be useless to others.
  • Everyone at TeamWorks understands that protecting your privacy is a top priority. 
  • We have extensive COVID-19 practices and training in place.

​HELP US PROTECT YOU:
  • Please be sure that children are supervised and kept out of the way of operations while our team is cleaning in your home.
  • Please point out items that are fragile or that you prefer that we not touch.
  • Except for house cats, pets must be caged or outside of the house when we are cleaning.

PRICES

  • Please schedule an on-site appointment and one of our team members will be happy to provide you with price quotes for various cleaning service options. We value real relationships, clarifying expectations, and setting fair and accurate prices. We do not provide estimates online or over the phone. See the bottom section of this page for a very rough idea of our prices.  
  • We will provide you with distinct rates for cleaning your home at different intervals (e.g., cleaning every week cost less per visit than cleaning every two weeks). When a regular cleaning visit is cancelled, the next visit will charged according to the closest corresponding interval (e.g. if a regular weekly visit is cancelled the next visit will be charged at the 2 week rate).  
  • If the conditions in the home change after the estimate appointment (e.g. a new pet joins the household) we may need to make an adjustment.  We will let you know in advance before charging the new rate. ​

SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

  • Your Service Coordinator will be your primary contact for scheduling and special requests (usually done by email, but you are always welcome to text or call).   
  • Our normal operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • You may cancel your entire cleaning arrangement or any individual cleaning visit by simply giving more than 24 hours notice, and no charges will be incurred. 
  • Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice incurs a $30 fee. 
  • On-site cancellation (crew arrives at the home for scheduled service but is asked not to clean) incurs a $60 fee.​
  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone.

PAYMENTS

  • Payment is due at time of service and may be made by credit card through prior arrangement with with your Service Coordinator or by leaving a check.
  • Subsequent cleaning visits may be suspended until any unpaid balance is paid.  
  • We charge a $35 fee for returned checks.

4+ bedrooms, 4+ bathrooms
Weekly cleaning:  $195 - $255+ per visit
First cleaning visits are higher.  The above examples are provided only to give a rough idea.  During the on-site estimate appointment we will take many factors into account to determine the appropriate price.  For example, what is the ratio of hard floor area to carpeted area?  (Carpeted areas are only vacuumed; hard floors are vacuumed and mopped.) Are there pets present?  How many square feet is the home?  How many people are using the home? What quantity and types of furniture and accessories are present?  Etc.      

We price for results, not by the hour; your crew will spend the amount of time that is required to leave your home in excellent condition.
